1. Can Yarlung Essence ship to my country?
Due to shipping restrictions, we ship to almost all countries in the world, except for the following countries. We are sorry and will continue to work on it.

2. How much is the shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping! However, for free items such as postcards and items under $10, you need to pay $18 shipping. PS. During the sales season, we have a site-wide free shipping promotion. Stay tuned!
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

5. What if the package does not arrive?
If you have not received your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@yarlungessence.com. We will resend a new package or refund you in full. We will also take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our communities near and far.
